Shipping policy

Plumb Deals offers a UK only delivery service.

Orders placed below the value of £50 Ex VAT will incur a £4.95 + VAT delivery charge via courier.

Deliveries will usually arrive between 1 and 3 working days via our nominated courier service.

Deliveries to Scotland and Ireland will usually arrive between 3-5 working days via our courier.

All items are tracked and require photo verification upon receival of goods. You will be sent via  email details of your shipment.

If you require items to be left in a designated safe place this will be entirely at your own risk and any items missing or stolen for example will not be covered by either our courier/insurance or liability claims.

If you are not in to receive your items an attempt at redelivery will be made. However if this attempt also fails and your items are returned to us a possible restocking charge will apply and if you still require your items a secondary delivery charge will also be made.
